The mismatch problem
WiiPals was founded by two growth marketers who kept paying the same tax: weeks of creator outreach, spreadsheets of follower counts, contracts negotiated one email at a time — for campaigns that lived or died on whether the creator's audience actually bought anything. The industry measured reach; nobody measured fit. We built the matchmaking layer that does.
How matchmaking works
A brand submits a brief; our engine proposes a matched shortlist within 48 hours:
- Performance-scored creators: every creator in our network of tens of thousands of mid-tier accounts carries a score built on delivered results — engagement quality, conversion behavior, and brief adherence — not follower vanity.
- Vetting before listing: audience authenticity checks and content review happen before a creator ever receives a brief.
- One workflow: brief, contract, content approvals, attribution, and payout run in a single place, with integrations into the e-commerce and ad platforms where results are measured.
- 48-hour matching: campaigns ship while competitors are still in vendor onboarding.
Why mid-tier
Our network deliberately centers mid-tier creators — the accounts with real communities and reasonable rates where most measurable sales actually happen. Brands get better economics and faster turnaround; creators get steady briefs without an agent taking a cut of conversations they could have themselves.
Our principles
Sponsored content is disclosed on every campaign — protecting creators' audiences is protecting the channel itself. Scoring models are explained to the creators they rank, and disputes get human review.
For brands tired of influencer roulette and creators tired of chasing invoices, WiiPals runs the matchmaking that turns briefs into shipped campaigns — and campaigns into numbers.
